Invite your team
Invite people to your workspace
Emfas workspaces are designed for teams. You can invite colleagues to collaborate on your product catalog.
Accessing organization settings
To invite team members:
- Click the Settings button (the cog) in the top left menu
- Select Organization
This is where you manage everyone who has access to your workspace.
Inviting new members
From the Organization settings page, you can:
- Invite new members - Add people to your workspace by entering their email address
- Manage existing members - View who has access and adjust their permissions
Permissions
Currently, all team members have the same level of access to your workspace.
Coming soon
Role-based permissions are being developed. Soon you'll be able to control what different team members can access and edit.
Switching organizations
If you belong to multiple organizations, you can switch between them:
- Go to Settings → Organization
- Use the dropdown in the top left corner to select a different organization
